Hyperbaric Chamber

Cutting-Edge Medical Technology

Hyperbaric Oxygen treatment chambers designed to the highest specifications – with you and your patients in mind.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is a medical treatment which is commonly used to treat a wide variety of conditions.

This treatment improves the body’s natural healing process by inhalation of 100% pure oxygen in a total body chamber, where atmospheric pressure can be increased and controlled. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy allows oxygen to dissolve into all of the body’s fluids, including the plasma, the central nervous system fluids, the lymph as well as the bone. This in turn carries oxygen to areas where circulation may be weakened or blocked. The extra oxygen spreads to the damaged tissues, and the body can support its own healing process.

A Hyperbaric Oxygen Session

Time and duration of the Hyperbaric Chamber sessions vary according to medical prescription.

Sessions in the Chamber must be relaxing and pleasant. You must wear comfortable clothes, no shoes and you can take the elements you consider suitable to make you feel at ease, like pillows, blankets, music, books, etc.

It is worth noticing that the return to normal Oxygen concentration values in blood is not immediate. A Hyperbaric Chamber session does not act like a medication. Its main principle of action is making medication stay in the blood flow at therapeutic concentrations during the period between doses.

Therefore, the larger the number of sessions, the better results. In chambers up to 1.4 ATA, there is practically no limit of sessions per week.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) Benefits

Medical studies have shown that Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), combined with standard medical and/or surgical care, offers patients with an extremely effective treatment option and outcome for various medical conditions.

Just to name a few, these benefits may include chronic wounds, collagen production, infection, traumatic brain injury and carbon monoxide poisoning. In addition, hyperbaric chamber therapy may improve decompression illness. Indeed, the health benefits and positive outcome of hyperbaric chamber treatments may include:
